Freshly renovated and reasonably large rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service.

The breakfast was extensive for a hotel of this rating with omelette made to order and beverages. The location was amazing - next to restaurants and boutique stores and Castillo and Parque de Chapultepec, Anthropology Museum, and many other historical and other must-see places in Mexico City and Polanco neighborhoods where there are great restaurants.

The hotel was wonderful with amazingly attentive people with assisting in making plans for travel to nearby attractions.

Its location relatively close to a world-class museum was comfortable and favorable. Boutiques and stores were right next door. We ate at an ideal restaurant for dinner.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Was in a very very nice area and close to restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed staying at the deluxe king room with an amazing view to the park and L'Occitane en Provence products and a soft bed to rest;)))

The location for Mexico City was particularly good and perfect, close to Mexico, and the Museum of Anthropology, which is genuinely world class.

Great location near attractions and upscale restaurants. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and nice bathroom facilities. Excellent staff, especially at breakfast. Generous happy hour food in the club lounge. exceeded expectations.

I liked the design of the rooms and the hotel in general. I like it's proximity to Grand Chapultepec park and to a lot of shopping and fine restaurants

Excellent location 10 min walk from Chapultepec subway station. Spectacular views of the park from our well-equipped room. Large bathroom, and a mini bar, satellite television and climate control.

Meals in the hotel were yummy. The room was adequate and nice and had excellent views of the park. Its location was indeed great and unbeatable and only 5 minutes walk from a green-glass tower.

Centro de Cultura Digital was short walk from the hotel, really enjoyed its location to the large park.
